Operational Capabilities

• Dispatch: every flight carries a checklist of requests for both ends — handling, parking, slots, PPR, permits, GENDEC, EAPIS, visas, fuel, catering, crew and passenger hotels and transfers — moving from required to requested to confirmed. A flight is "ready" when everything is confirmed. Handling agents are assigned automatically and handling requests are sent as pre-filled e-mails.
• Smart invalidation: when a flight changes, only the requests affected by that change are reset for review, and each request type has its own time tolerance (a small STD shift does not reset the GENDEC, for example).
• Sales & Jobs: multi-leg jobs with client, contact, salesman, price and booking source; flight times suggested from the operator's own flown history (median of past legs on the same route and aircraft family, with a great-circle fallback); contracts tracked as sent, signed and paid; passenger taxes such as UK APD calculated per flight.
